A Creative Thank-You. Let Your Volunteer Staff Know They Are Appreciated

A House of Prayer/Church is only as effective as the volunteer staff who serve in it. We cannot do what God is calling us to do without them.

We invited every staff volunteer to an Appreciation Dinner to celebrate and honor them.

Above is our creative “thank-you” note each of our staff volunteers received at the dinner. We wanted something different, fun and memorable to express our thanks and appreciation.

17 Lessons in 17 Years

On Sunday, March 17 we completed 17 years at Harvest House Church/Convergence House of Prayer.  I  shared with the church 17 lessons learned in these 17 years.

In preparation, I intentionally gave myself only 1 hour to write these 17 lessons. I wanted to grab the first things that jumped out of my heart and mind.

First 3D Renderings of Our New Building

We purchased our new church building (all cash) several months ago.

Now we are in the process of designing the interior to make the new building the new home of Convergence House of Prayer.

Below are the first rough drafts of what the the Prayer Room and the lobby will look like.

The other pictures show our team and the guys at Fuse Architecture, also, the style palette of potential ingredients for the design.

We thank the Lord for his provision and the leadership teams we have to work with on the project.
